The ANNUAL RISE AGAINST HUNGER was held Sunday, May 4th, 2025.
We packaged over 25,000 meals!
Rise Against Hunger is an organization which provides food to people all over the world. The model for their service involves packing kits which Rise Against Hunger distributes through one of their programs. Rise Against Hunger delivers boxes of food items to us. We gather to sort and repackage these items into meals ready for Rise Against Hunger to deliver to one of their programs. We are joined each year by Church of the Advent and St. Marks in assembling the meals.
