Emmanuel Church Foundation
Our Foundation supports the parish we call home.
The Foundation’s primary endowment provides steadily growing annual support to Emmanuel. The uses of these distributions are voted on and allocated by our elected servant-leaders: the Vestry. Distributions are generally allocated by our Vestry to general operating expenses. This year, the Foundation supports more than one-fifth of our operating needs.
Several years ago, a founding gift established the Mission Endowment of the Foundation. Distributions from this endowment can only benefit mission activities of Emmanuel, providing $5,000 annually the past six years. Emmanuel’s faithful Missions Committee has put those funds to extremely good use beyond the walls of our parish.

The Emmanuel Church Foundation is where history meets future.
It was created in 1972 to provide, hold, and manage permanent resources for Emmanuel Episcopal Church. Only earnings are given, and only to Emmanuel. The capital may not be paid out or impaired in any way.
We are growing Emmanuel’s tomorrow through our gifts today.The Foundation accepts your gifts as tributes, through wills and trusts, and through funds for those interred in our Memorial Garden. As you say thanks for the gifts you have received from God, take a moment to reflect on what Emmanuel has meant to you and your loved ones yesterday and today and consider a lasting gift – of any size – to grow Emmanuel’s tomorrow.

Gifts to the Emmanuel Church Foundation need not be big. It is primarily through small gifts that our Foundation has grown. Gifts may be given at any time, by anyone. All gifts in honor of or in memory of anyone are acknowledged.
